Hubert Menendez

Miami native Hubert “Hubie” Menendez is an Associate in the Business and Commercial Litigation division of the firm. Hubie has formal acting training and attended a celebrated arts school in Downtown Miami, and although he has no film credits, he is proficient in public speaking, argument, and persuasion. Being a zealous advocate, Hubie is committed to the success of his clients and takes a personal interest in their success. As such, he crafts litigation strategy according to the proverbial “business decision” standard.

In both courtroom and an out-of-court settings, Hubie has realized success for his clients with this approach, including securing a settlement involving the buy-out of a majority stakeholder that avoided the dissolution of a multi-million-dollar corporation and successfully representing an innocent investor in a fraud trial, which resulted in a verdict of more than $2 million.

Hubie graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Hubie received his Juris Doctorate from the Florida International University College of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List for multiple semesters and graduated in the top third of his class. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, Cuban American Bar Association, and  South Miami Kendall Bar Association.

In his free time, Hubie enjoys a wide range of hobbies including cycling, photography, concerts, travel, but above all, Hubie loves to discover that next great hobby.
