Matthew McIsaac

Matt McIsaac is a civil trial attorney who focuses primarily on personal injury claims and intellectual property.  Throughout his career, he has spent years representing those that suffer physical injury, emotional injury or financial injury.  Prior to joining The Morgan Law Group, Mr. McIsaac ran his own successful law firm representing those in need throughout courts in South Florida, and in federal court.

Mr. McIsaac has focused his life on the service of those most in need of help.  He earned the rank of Eagle Scout before entering college, focusing on community service and public outreach.  Prior to earning his juris doctorate degree, Mr. McIsaac graduated from Florida State University with his bachelor’s degree in English, then proudly served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Assaultman.  During his time at Nova Mr. McIsaac also worked in the Berger Entrepreneurial Clinic where he assisted local small businesses navigate various aspects of the business start-up process and growth process.

Mr. McIsaac has focused his career on becoming a seasoned litigator and has developed a reputation as a strong negotiator, but an attorney with awareness that the client’s goals are always the most important aspect of the case.  He has represented clients in courts throughout the state of Florida, federal court, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, always focusing on resolving disputes to minimize the financial and emotional stress that comes with civil litigation.  Mr. McIsaac is acutely aware that this is likely the most stressful time in his client’s life, so accountability and efficiency are always a priority.

Mr. McIsaac is licensed in the state of Florida as well as the Southern District of Florida.  He is also a member of the Broward Bar Association, and the Maritime and Admiralty Bar Association of the Broward Bar Association.
