Cindy Cabrera

Cindy Cabrera is a Junior Associate Attorney at The Morgan Law Group and a dedicated personal injury professional with seven years of hands-on experience guiding injured clients through every stage of the claims process. Before beginning law school, Cindy served as a Pre-Litigation Senior Case Manager and Team Lead, gaining extensive experience that now strengthens her work as an attorney. She brings a deep understanding of injury mechanisms, treatment protocols, and coverage issues, along with the strategic insight necessary to maximize case value while supporting clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Her practice includes advocating for victims of auto accidents, slip and falls, and other injury cases caused by negligent conduct.

Cindy has also broadened her legal expertise through roles in criminal defense, municipal government, and the judiciary. As a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, she managed her own caseload, conducted depositions, drafted motions, and gained substantial courtroom experience. Her work with Hialeah City Hall and the Miami-Dade County Children’s Courthouse further refined her research, writing, and analytical skills on complex legal matters.
