Carlos Betancourt

Carlos Betancourt, Esq., is a Litigation Attorney primarily handling Personal Injury cases including but not limited to car accidents, trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, as well as slip and fall accidents, trip and fall accidents, premises liability accidents, and more. 

Prior to joining The Morgan Law Group, Carlos dedicated his practice to serving those who cannot fight for themselves, and he aggressively pursued maximum compensation for clients involved in motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall accidents throughout the State of Florida. Carlos also has experience working with businesses and business owners in relation to business and contract disputes. 

Carlos graduated from Florida International University, College of Law, with Honors, where he earned the designation of being on the Dean’s list due to academic excellence in almost every semester. Prior to graduating law school, Carlos attended Florida International University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in International Relations. 

Carlos takes pride in being an attorney that is compassionate, fearless and who tirelessly fights for each and every one of his clients. From an early age, Carlos knew he wanted to be an attorney who worked for the people, rather than against them, and he has always had a passion for getting his clients their desired results and fighting against insurance carriers. 

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys the outdoors, and in his free time he is usually hiking a mountain, exploring cities and forests, or kayaking with his friends. Carlos also loves spending time with his friends and family and his pets.
