Krista was born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana. She received her B.A. from Drake University and her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law. In 2004, she relocated to Florida, where she has built a distinguished legal career focused on advocating for those in need.

With over 20 years of legal experience, Krista has dedicated her career to helping individuals navigate complex legal challenges. Early in her career, she worked extensively on Dependency cases, often representing children in the foster care system who might otherwise be overlooked. Her commitment to justice led her to focus on personal injury law in 2011, where she has since secured multiple settlements exceeding one million dollars for her clients.

Beyond her work in the courtroom, she is actively involved in the legal community. She has co-taught sessions at the annual Florida Judges Conference and has appeared as a legal panelist on PBS. Her expertise has also been highlighted in media coverage of high-profile juvenile cases.
