Attorneys for Over 25 Years
Elizabeth Booth is an accomplished associate attorney in our Pensacola office, where she directs her legal practice toward first-party insurance litigation, specializing in representing homeowners dealing with property insurance disputes.
Her transition to this area of law was a natural evolution from her earlier career as a criminal defense attorney with the Office of the Public Defender. Her diverse legal background, which also includes experience as an attorney in a civil firm focused on mass tort litigation, defective drugs, multi-district litigation, single incident cases, and general civil litigation, has equipped her with invaluable insights into various aspects of the legal field.
Elizabeth Booth’s educational journey is equally impressive. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a bachelor’s degree in history, where her academic excellence earned her membership in the National History Honor Society, Phi Alpha Theta. In 2015, she earned a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law, where her passion for law and dedication to her studies were acknowledged with book awards in both Civil and Criminal Procedure.
