MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. –The Miami Dolphins Football UNITES™ program hosted its annual Holiday Toy Event presented by The Morgan Law Group for 26 South Florida families at Hard Rock Stadium on Tuesday, Dec. 19.
“This is our fourth year in a row partnering with the Miami Dolphins for their Annual Holiday Toy Event,” The Morgan Law Group Founding Partner Thomas J. Morgan, Jr. said. “My office and I look forward to this event every year, as we are so excited to bring joy, gifts, and happiness to families in our local South Florida community. We hope everyone had a great time and Happy Holidays to all!”
Miami Dolphins players TE Nick Bowers, WR River Cracraft, WR Anthony Schwartz, and QB Skylar Thompson along with Dolphins cheerleaders and staff engaged with over 250 local family members participating in holiday games and crafts, photos with Santa, and enjoyed hot chocolate. The group was treated to meals prepared by Adam’s Catering as well as dessert provided by Food Junkies, both members of the Miami Dolphins Minority Restaurant Program presented by Amazon. The event concluded with a surprise unveil and distribution of holiday gifts purchased by the Miami Dolphins and The Morgan Law Group.
“We are proud for the continued partnership with The Morgan Law Group to create another year of memories and added support to local families during the holidays,” Miami Dolphins Vice President of Community Affairs Kim Miller said. “We are appreciative of our dedicated Football UNITES™ community partners, who nominated families for us to support through the purchase of gifts to bring some added cheer this holiday season to members of the South Florida community.”
Families pre-selected by Football UNITES™ community partners including the 5000 Role Models Project of Excellence, Asian American Advisory Board, Be Strong International, Big Brothers Big Sisters Broward, Black Affairs Advisory Board, Boys and Girls Club of Broward, Breakthrough Miami, Broward County Schools, Dan Marino Foundation, Encouraging Dreamers Breaking Barriers, Fort Lauderdale Police Department, Generational Cure, Jack and Jill Center, Lotus House, Mexican American Council, Miami Gardens Police Department, Neighbors-4-Neigbors, North Miami Beach Police Athletic League, North Miami Police Department, National Voices for Equality, Education and Enlightenment (NVEEE), Special Olympics Florida, The Mavuno Project, Trayvon Martin Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project and YWCA South Florida participated in the event.
